There is nothing better then the flavor of Italian Sausage to your favorite meal. Totta's Italian Sausage will add flavor to any recipe that you would normally use ground beef. I use it in place and in additional to ground beef. I add it to my turkey stuffing, stuff peppers, stuff mushrooms and even yes, chili. I will not use any other Italian Sausage except for Totta's.
